NOW® Mega D-3 & MK-7 combines highly bioavailable forms of vitamins D-3 and K-2 to support bone and cardiovascular health. Each capsule provides 5000 IU (125 mcg) of vitamin D-3 and 180 mcg of MenaQ7® MK-7, a soy-free, high-absorption form of vitamin K-2. Vitamin D-3 enhances calcium absorption and supports strong bones and teeth, while vitamin K-2 helps direct calcium to the bones and prevents arterial calcification. This combination plays a key role in reducing the risk of osteoporosis, fractures, and arterial stiffness, while supporting normal blood clotting and immune system health.
